Customers have been grouped into Active, Trial and Inactive.
- To log in to an Active or Trial customer, please select the customer and then click Log In
- To Inactivate an Active customer, select the customer and flip the switch to Inactive
- To Activate an Inactive customer, select the customer and flip the switch to Active

Trial Status and Expiry dates are shown next to the customer name when you select Trial customers:
- To extend the trial date for an Inactive (expired) Trial, flip first to Active. Then Log In to the customer and extend the Term Expiry Date in the Customer Setup screen.
- To extend the trial date for an Active (ongoing) Trial, go straight to Customer Setup screen and extend the Term Expiry Date
- If the customer has agreed to convert to a paid subscription, log in to the portal, go to Customer Management and select the appropriate Subscription Type, Term and Expiry Date.
